Material Manager System is a program used to verify the conformance of properties listed on certified material test reports (CMTRs) to material specifications. Material specifications for a project, job or product line are established in the program so that CMTRs received with materials can be quickly verified for their conformance. This eliminates the timely process of comparing CMTRs with specifications contained in various reference books, and permits review by clerks who may have no insight to material specifications. Discrepancies are automatically noted by the program with the ability to generate a detailed discrepancy report. The program moves easily between English and International units.

Users will find it very easy to build-up a reference library of material specifications that can be used to create job specific specifications that may include customization of property limits for special engineering applications. Original CMTRs can be scanned and filed in program in folders set up by the user for easy reference. Material Manager System also prints out electronic CMTRs that can be included in job packages. The program also has the ability to graphically analyze large volumes of data for statistical purposes. A variety of detailed material reports can be generated.

Material Manager System is versatile enough that it is used by a wide variety of company personnel who are involved with purchasing, inventory control, engineering, project management, equipment manufacturing, fabrication and construction, quality control and quality assurance.
